Mr. Borak is currently retired and previously worked in Sr. Management for the Project Management Office (PMO) at the state of New Jersey, Department of Human Services. Over the years prior to his taking the position with the State, he was an independent Management Consultant for mostly Fortune 100 Companies (AT&T Corporate, Bloomberg Financial, NBC, Pfizer, Merck, Prudential Insurance, Chase Morgan, etc.) Subsequently, he has a wealth of experiences to draw from life, family and business.

This led to writing articles, short stories, etc. that he would periodically submit to local newspapers or various magazines. William also composed a business case chapter in a technology related text book (Data Management, Barbara von Halle and David Kull, Editors, published by Auerbach Publications, Boston and New York). William is a life long NJ resident, currently living in Monmouth County and graduated from Rutgers University. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease about 9 years ago however, despite those struggles and difficult days, he was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of having his first novel published.
